Guided Hike at Hazen's Notch

Take advantage of the summer weather and join the Franklin County NRCD for a guided hike at Hazen's Notch on Saturday, August 8th. The hike is expected to begin at 9 AM and last approximately three hours.

Along the way, we'll discuss how healthy trails and watersheds support local ecosystems while taking in the beauty of the notch. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or simply curious about the natural world, this is a great opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with nature.

Final route and meeting details will be shared prior to the hike.

If thunder or lightning is expected, the event may be cancelled or postponed. A decision will be made by 10am the day prior to the event, or by the 8am on the morning of the event if conditions develop unexpectedly.
