Hard'ack Food Forest Tree Planting

Help Franklin County NRCD plant trees for a new Food Forest at Hard'ack! We will be planting an assortment of fruit and nut producing species, along with trees to support local wildlife, pollinators, and insects.

Join for an introduction and overview of the the project at 11 AM. Tree planting will start at 12 PM and wrap up around 4 PM. Join for an hour, or for the full day! All ages are welcome. 

Meet in the overflow parking lot. Please be sure to bring a water bottle, snack/lunch, close-toed shoes, sunscreen, and anything else you might need to be comfortable working outside.
