Info Session: Technical and Financial Assistance for Vermont Flower Farmers

The Franklin County NRCD invites you to an info session about the technical and financial assistance opportunities available for Vermont flower farmers. Vermont’s flower farmers play an important role in our local economy, yet many may not be aware of the full range of technical and financial assistance available to support their operations.

Join us for a hybrid event (in person at Franklin County NRCD or on Zoom) to learn about funding and technical assistance opportunities from NRCS, VAAFM, and NOFA. Each organization will provide a short overview of relevant programs, followed by time for questions and discussion. Flower growers at any scale are welcome, as well as technical assistance and technical service providers who work with flower farmers.

Light snacks will be provided.

RSVP is preferred. Please indicate in your RSVP whether you are attending in-person or online. Farmers that attend will be eligible for 1.5 hours of Water Quality Credits.
