Dig Into Soil Health

Join the Franklin County NRCD and the Swanton Library for a hands-on soil health event as part of Swanton Academy. We'll get our hands dirty learning about soil structure and aggregation, the important worms and other critters living in the soil, why health soil is important, and what makes a healthy soil! This event is great for all ages, with hands-on experiments and activities geared towards many experience levels and interests.

This is an indoor and outdoor event.
