About the event
Calling all home gardeners! Learn how to turn your scraps into rich soil with Natasha Duarte of the Composting Association of Vermont. She’ll walk you through best practices and give a live demonstration. Participants will also hear from Hudak Farm owner Marie Frey and a representative from the Northwest Solid Waste Management District about their commercial composting program, where they handle everything from food scraps to yard waste and brush. Bring your questions!
