The Franklin County NRCD is hiring a full-time (40 hr/week) Summer Stewardship Intern. We will begin reviewing applications on May 19, 2025. Interviews anticipated to be held soon after. Anticipated start date is late May/early June 2025 and anticipated end date is late August/early September. Salary: $20/hr, no additional benefits or paid time off associated with this position.

The Summer Stewardship Intern will support the work of the Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District. Some key tasks will include stewardship of previous tree planting sites (weed whacking and hand pulling around young trees), digitizing historic hard copy files into online systems, assisting with event hosting, assisting with various agricultural and environmental field and office work, and more!
